You may return items sold by Team-Bedding within 30 days for a refund or exchange minus shipping charges with an accompanying RMA#. To obtain RMA #, e-mail shop at team-bedding.com or use the "Contact Us" link, and we will provide instructions where to ship the item(s). Since we deal with several different manufacturers, we must adhere to their policies. Orders where the wrong item was shipped, or an item is damaged or defective, will be credited in full or exchanged to meet the customers satisfaction. Items returned that are deemed not the fault of Team-Bedding ~i.e. “customer changed their mind”, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging in “new and re-sellable condition”. When returning an item deemed “not the fault of Team-Bedding.com” the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
